Hey. As you may heard, binaural beats are specific sounds, that can help relax, meditate and gain lucidity in your dreams. It is quite effective, but there are many different binaural beats, so you have to choose depending on what effect do you want (deep sleep, meditation, relaxation, lucid dreams, etc) and listen it when you go to sleep. I wanted to share beats worked the best (for me, at least) - Theta binaural beats
What is your experience with binaural beats?

Ive never really used binaural beats, but I want to. Do binaural beats just help you become lucid? Or are they to put you straight into a lucid dream?

They put you straight into a lucid dream, because these specific theta beats have the same frequency as your brain waves when you are lucid in a dream.
